Diagnose the issues related to managing multiple projects and a portfolio of projects. Develop a strategy for the effective use of resources across multiple projects or your portfolio of projects.. Assemble a presentation that will include in a summary of multiple-project scheduling, resource allocation, effective resource management, the learning loop for multiple-project management and portfolio management of projects, how to anticipate activity, scheduling and management and organizing. Additionally, recommend the best approach for resource management, scheduling and organizing as they apply to managing multiple projects or management of a portfolio of projects, and the method of communication that will support the stakeholders.
