University of Pennsylvania The Cause of Metachromatic Leukodystrophy Research

For this research paper, I need you to find a good informative topic for me to be able to write about. It can be anything related to explorations of biology stemming from cardiovascular disease, to metabolism, to genetics. However, the focus of the topic has to be more directed to something within or relating to the topic chosen. It can’t be very broad.  

Once having identified the topic, I would like for you to write 1-2 paragraphs explaining the reasoning for selecting this topic and highlight main question(s) or issue(s) to explore in the paper. For example, if you want to write a paper on cardiovascular disease (CVD), then you cannot simply state that you want to write a paper on this topic. There is has been a lot written about CVD, including about its prevalence in different human populations, rates in men and women, underlying causes, and different forms of CVD. Thus, you will need to narrow the focus on CVD to something more specific about its manifestation, causes, epidemiology, dietary influences or molecular basis. CVD is fine for you to chose, but if you have something else in mind after hearing these directions then feel free to go with what you think will be best.

After the quick summary of why the topic was chosen, I would like a separately organized outline that goes through all of the questions and issues to explore in the paper that I can put into a slideshow to present. It does not have to be very long or detailed, but have enough for me to work with.
