1-The most important elements on our body are oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, phosphorus and calcium. All these six elements are important because they make about 99.9% of our body I believe. Carbon in our body is the major component because of the cell wall and also cell membrane. Hydrogen is about 10% of our body mass while oxygen is in the highest present of about 60-65%. All these elements are important because they make up the major part of our body mass and obviously with out these elements are body wouldn’t function the right way. The least important elements in our body are potassium, sulphur, chlorine and magnesium. These elements are the least important because they are needed but in every minute group.

2-The important body elements are almost 99% of the mass of the human body is composed of six chemical elements: oxygen, carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium and phosphorus. For example, oxygen make up 65% of body weight , nitrogen make up 3%, and so on. It is worth noting that most precious metals are not found in detectable amounts in the body. The same applies to noble gases. In both cases, the two sets of elements are fairly inactive. There are no synthetic radioactive elements but it contains trace amounts of natural radioactive elements such as radium, thorium, and uranium. Oxygen is the most abundant element in the human body. It is mainly hydrogen bound in the form of water. Second, water makes up about 60% of the human body and is innumerable Carbon is the most abundant element in the human body. There are also good elements in our body which help our immune system too,

3-Out of the 25 elements in our body, there are only a few that make up the majority and are considered more important. The main element is oxygen which makes up approximately 65 percent of the human body. Oxygen is one the most important elements because it is vital to our survival. We would be unable to breathe without it. The rest of the big percentages are carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, calcium, and phosphorus. Together with oxygen these elements make up about 99 percent of the human body. There are other elements that are less abundant, but still okay a role in keeping humans healthy. For example, a less important element is chlorine which makes up about 0.15 percent of the human body. However, it is essential to keeping the acid- base balanced in blood. This element also helps with the making of teeth, bones, and tendons.
