I need to respond to this below in 300-400 words in APA format.

Which of these values, ethics or integrity, is most important (core) to me in my life? In learning how to inspire leadership, the most important goal for me in this course, LDST 330 Ethics, will be to learn how to lead myself first (“Lead Yourself First,” 2017). In leading myself, I will try to improve my key characteristics of emotional balance through creativity and God-fearing humility. Fisher and Martini (2004) pointed out that we must view the core values of ethics and integrity of leadership from a spiritual perspective. My cited work grouped these characteristics under the heading of solitude; in Chapters 1 and 2 of the Fisher and Martini (2004) text, I studied how solitude affects the core values of ethics and integrity. Through solitude, I will be trying to enhance how to better lead myself first.

How does a person acquire a set of values by which to live? Fisher and Martini (2004) pointed out that it is not through a religious viewpoint; rather, it is through the things that culture values: honor, courage, truth, and commitment. That defines how to use ethics alongside having integrity and identifies how these core values have a spiritual dimension by which to live. As a Christian, I have acquired values such as emotional balance, creativity, and humility through personal experiences; these concepts have enhanced me spiritually. I have added spiritual dimensions to my character, acquiring as a key characteristic the core value of integrity by having humility in Jesus Christ. The process of spiritual formation is personal and communal soul care. Romans 8:29 states, “For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren” (KJV).
